Need some advice on a Kyosho Nexus 30
Hi All,
I picked up a Kyosho - Nexus 30 from a buddy a few weeks ago & need a bit of advice. he built it from a kit years ago & never flew it much. The only times he had it up he did more brush trimming then he did flying. The instruction books that I got with it don't match the setup he has on the gyro. there isn't a gain controller or a gyro amp on the helicopter like it shows in the manual on page 18 http://www.heliguy.com/p/man-18.jpg & just to make it more confusing on page 2 under "required to operate" http://www.heliguy.com/p/man-2.jpg it don't show them. It gets even better, in the instruction manual for the Futaba skysport 6H transmitter manual it shows a gyro switch & a control amp along with the gyro. The gyro is a HMXM1010 ROTATION made in Germany & is glued in under the tail boom. Now if you haven't fallen asleep or moved on to something else I have one mare question. Shouldn't the pitch on the tail blades change by moving the stick on the TX even with out the blades rotating? When I take the gyro out of the loop they do. Thanks for your time, Mark |
