Default model 120 & spektrum dx6

i have read that the 120 can be flown with a hitec lazer4, that is what i use now for my planes, but its about 3 years old and has had some glitching issues that only last a second or two. it dosent bother me with my plane but would be unacceptable for a chopper. i have wanted to use the spektrum dx6 tx-rx for the corona and would like some feedback from others who may have some experience with this combo. i have mg hs 81`s for the head and futaba gy240 gyro but no servo for the tail.i plan on trying the stock spektum servo for the tailrotor.

Definately get a new radio for the heli. Any glitching will be sure to cause a crash. Glitching in a plane is not so bad, as it can glide a bit. heli's don't glide well [:-]
