hi,
anyone knows someone there at litemachines. Website is too old and they update files every 2 or 3 years. Im looking for information about upgrading my lmh but its too difficult to get it and chat and FAQ are very frustating.

I crashed my LMH-100/110 (I'm not sure witch one is) so i want to upgrade my heli's crutch to a metal frame.
I saw at shopatron some metal kits, but Im not sure witch one is the right for me. Anyone has experience about it?
