RE: lst2 into truggy?
with arms vertical, you wont got very far ! put them parralel to the ground but you would be better with a muggy for a truggy style.

Muggify your LST2. Muggy shock towers and shock mounts, and either install muggy shock shafts in your lst2 shocks or install fuel tubing on the shock shafts inside the shock body. Sway bars really help too. The handling with this setup is far nicer than the stock lst2 suspension.
Here's a picture of my muggified LST2 that was stolen from my garage:

RE: lst2 into truggy?
Since I'm feeling the need for speed, I'm going to be doing a Muggification to one of my LST2's soon. On the menu for mods will be the muggy towers, and muggy shock mounts. I'll see if I can get away with using the regular LST2 shock shafts instead of the muggy shafts. I'm also going to get a set of either the XXL or Brushless Conversion transmission gears to up the speed potential. I'll have some pics up when I get time to do the swap. I'll have to do some pipe testing with a tach too.

On my track LST2 I just have Muggy shocks with no other mods.. I have the shock towers and Muggy mounts in a cabinet, but have been too lazy to do the job(and unmotivated, after all the stress with the 2-speed while trying to run truggy tires.. Running big Terra Pins now - with no problems.. But what's the point of modding up for the track if you have to run big ridiculous - but fun.. - bashing tires?..) I think all I would need is whatever special wing mount is needed... Anybody got a link to one?

Thanks. That's the normal mount though.. I have several of those. For Muggification though you need something different.. From a Mugen or something maybe.. Or maybe it was a specialized mount?..

why don't you just buy a Truggy ? no matter what you do to the LST it will never be even close to a Truggy.........nothing wrong with a LST but it is a heavy ass MT and will never perform like a light truggy will......
