I was going through all my spare new parts and I was 50/50 on building an on road car or a monster truck so latter won out.

the truck is obviously a lst2
spare parts
esc from a xxl2 E dynamite brand and motor is a castle 2200kv
servo is a hitec 350tq oz which is more than enough
wheels and tires trencher xls desperado rims


My last conversion was a center diff conversion which works flawlessly
and basically happened cause tranny grenaded.

so back to this one...I was pricing the stuff I needed to complete to electric use
i saw the foc kit is like $40 but an electric xxl2 E lst transmission can be had for same price
with the esc mount included..

the transmission mounting is the same as the older transmission? If so I'll just buy the xxl2e stuff so I'll have access to readily available parts if something brakes...

oh and I almost forgot about motor mount what we still going to for that?

does anybody make a center diff with motor mount setup?

i seen a universal on monster rc. Has anybody tried that?

is a foc tranny with slipper clutch the way to go?

does anybody build anymore?
