Does anyone else's do this??
Does any one elses make a stuttering sound when it shifts, kinda sounds like the second gear clutch shoes slipping then grabbing, I have a new set of 2nd shoes. its not really causing a problem other than the unusual sound.

Maybe it's just slightly too rich.
I know my Tmaxx does that when it's too rich. It has just enough rpm to shift, then when it does, it tries to down shift back into 1st, then back again up into 2nd.
