Another LST VS Savage vs MGT weekend
My brother and took the trucks out for another comparision . The last one ended in a tie.
The playing field . We went to take the trucks to jump a big dirt mound . by the time we got there the bull dozer leveled it leaving big ruts of grass and dirt some 1 foot high .
I first took out my new MGT with the 25 motor from savage in it . It performed well but I could not keep the filter on .
My brother pulled out the LST I grabbed my savage . Both trucks were able to make it through the rough stuff but the manner by which the Lst did it was impressive . My savage had to muscle its way through everything skipping and hopping across the course . The shocks on the LST kept the body as level as possible . The tires and shocks did all the work . I was truly impressed with how the LST handled itself .
Score: 1st has to go to the LST . 2nd was the MGT and 3rd was the savage .

That suspension of the LST and the size of its tires and wheels will let it go over and through some pretty wild stuff, I know what you mean.

MAke sure you use a large dia. washer of some sort between the flanged nut and wheel so you can avoid what happened to mine.

This was done to a Tmaxx RPM monster claw by 2DMaxLST!!
The nut was actually melted to the wheel but the hexes were fine, I'm still puzzled but I do thread lock them everytime now. A nice thing about the LST is you can really torque down the nuts without binding up the drive train like a Tmaxx.

That can happen to any wheel in R/C when a wheel nut comes loose. If you have questions about those Pento's watch a couple of my videos.
