I received this but was expecting the normal bottle. Anyone one else get the fuel in this container?

I buy Tornado 25% from there (its my local) that comes in the normal can.
they are good blokes in there they wouldnt rip you off.

yeah i have bought o'donnels from them twice. both were 1gal and came in cans just like that. its perfectly normal. there are two styles of container, i thinkt he bottle is meant to be 'race' fuel but really there wont be any noticable difference. one of the best shops in the UK, they wouldnt do you wrong :P

Thanks guyz. Exactly what I wanted to hear. I have to say they have been excellent since I got the LST. I love sites that actually show you real-time stock.

Its probably shipped in a steel container instead of plastic, Transportation and or Postal regulation.

I order most of my parts from them and never had any prblems they'e good guys and know what they're talking about, and yes as well love their website with their real time stock.
Did you paint your body yourself ?

I thought that too. However, before opting for the OD20% and ordering it I had a gallon of 10% ? (I forget the name) but that was shipped in a plastic bottle. I think you might be right though, it makes sence.

Your correct, I did notice that when I investigated further. JUst means I should read things more closely before I buy.

They do both the Plastic and Metal cans in the UK. The metal cans are better, as water can get through the plastic. (Nitromethane absorbs water, making the fuel go off). Some of the lower % nitro fuels only come in plastic containers.

I ordered quite a few parts from Microtech the other week, I had to order by phone though.

Whenever I clicked on "add to basket" it wouldn't do anything.

I told the bloke over the phone about the problem and he said "I wondered why we hadn't had any internet orders over this last couple of days"!!

They are a good company though, and when you speak to them you can tell they know their stuff.

You never know, if we keep recommending them like this we might all get discounts!
