Proline bodies made of the LST or MGT will hold up much better. I also think the LST racer body is thicker but I dont know that for sure.

I have the proline Silverado HD body and it's SUPER tough....at least twice as thick as the stock body. I don't thik you can get it painted, but it only cost me $24 from Hobby People

I've been thinking of creating a Rewards program to reward repeat customers. I can make the rewards amount a certain percent of your total purchases. For instance, if someone purchased a total of $100, they would get a reward balance of $2.00 to spend if I set it at 2% and so on.

What do you guys think about this?

Would you do this on account or would you have to use it at the same time?? I think It might more appealing to only apply the "rebate" to shipping. And maybe if the person becomes a VERY repeat customer you could offer shipping at 1/2 off or something like that maybe after the 10th order?? Just a thought

I'm not exactly sure how this would work. I might have to setup a test account and try it out. I think it would credit your account after the first transaction and then after that you could use that credit on any order you place and so on with each purchase after that. Or you could just wait to use your credits and get an entire order for free depending on how much you have purchased.

Hi Matt,
I think your "incentive" idea would work out great. I deal strickly with my lhs now but having hard time waiting for parts and new people behind counter that have no clue about anything. A deal that would offer 2% of your total purchase (before taxes) be put on an account and used on any future order would be an awsome deal. You would have to set up an account though but would be well worth the time. Even though you already have great prices on everything this will be able to get more people involved with you and word of mouth is everything in this hobby. Hope things will go well and good luck.

Brian

Matt,

I think you hit the nail on the head......

Who cares if people have to setup an account.....it they dont, then they pay. Pretty simple really.

I will be one of your first!!!

I can't help you don't read your PM. Here was my response to your PM 2 days ago.

I don't understand what you mean "ladel the parcel 20". Put a few parts in your shopping cart and then put your address in before checkout and see what the shipping comes out to.

That was a very rude post and I am not spamming this forum. I'm trying to help everyone get what they need and have fun doing it. And the word you should have used is "you're".
