Drake Wins NitroMaxx Challenge
Just got back from the Proline NitroMaxx challenge where Drake started 8th in the Big Block A main and after 25 minutes of racing had almost a lap on the field with a broken front shock. I did notice he wasn't using King Pins in the main he opted for Proline 40 series rims and bowties which could have caused the shock problem.
I had a pretty good weekend racing my LST in the Big Block class I qualified 5th in the A main and ran Losi King Pins on Wabash 40 series all weekend long even though I had a slipper problem in the main and had to drop out it was a great weekend of racing and hangin with some of my racing buddies.
I saw some different hubs and rims for the LST made by Losi they were most likely Prototypes and it is not known if they will ever be put into mass production, I did not have a digital camera to take photos the rims were dish style in yellow with a tiny TL on the edge with Losi Super King Pins mounted on them. I don't know to much about the hubs except they used a 17mm buggy wheel wrench to take the wheels off and the hex that mounted inside the wheel were a little larger than 17mm but I couldn't tell exactly how big.
