Has anyone tried this?
If done right, this could not only be loads of fun, but a useful training tool as well: [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCRR3&P=ML]Simulator[/link]
Anyone ever tried this? All the reviews I can find are for the old version (which were outstanding BTW).
I may order this anyway if no one has any experience with it. What the heck, I could be the guinnie pig if it means shorter track times!!!

I've not seen that but I have got realflight g2, which I am learning to fly heli's on, and thats brilliant.
It's only $50 so even if it isn't all that good you've not lost much

I have it... and it is pretty fun. Many of the included tracks aren't the greatest, but a few of them are a blast. Also, you can download some new tracks from the net, and if your proficent in Photoshop or the like, you can design your own tracks. I've never tried playing it multi-player or over the net so I can't comment as to how well that works. I would say I've definately gotten my $49.95 worth out of it.
