Stock Claw tires
What is the outer diameter and width of the stock LST Claw tire? I'm trying to compare it to the IMEX K-Rock tires and I don't have it with me right now. Thanks.

RE: Stock Claw tires
Nevermind. Has anyone seen these pics of the King Pins mounted on the Maximizers? They look great!

RE: Stock Claw tires
Yea, but I won't be able to use the Maximizer beadlocks with the Big Joes, and I really hate gluing tires!!
I'll weigh the tires when I get home and post a comparison of the weights. I have a lot of different tires in stock, so it should be easy.

RE: Stock Claw tires
Good point...They are 40 series.
For some reason, I just can't bring myself to like colored plastic on a rim. The gunmetal ones are alright, I guess, but I prefer chrome or a nice bright painted color (Even if the finish doesn't last that long).

RE: Stock Claw tires
There is a review on this board (don't remember which area of the forum) with a scathing review of those wheels. Matt, when you get a chance, please give us your take on them. One quote I remember from the review is something like: how is it easier to to turn 20 screws 1000 times than glueing? Like I said, it was most disfavorable.

RE: Stock Claw tires
I have 3 piece (Each side plus a plastic spacer) dish wheels on my RC10T. There are 4 screws in each of those and I just changed rear tires last week. It is a bit of a pain...and they are so easy to strip. I can't imagine 20 screws per wheel!!! But, to each his own.

That review was for the Pro-Line beadlocks, not the Maximizers. I'll post a review on them tomorrow.
