What do you think the best 5 upgrades for racing.
I am just getting into racing MTs. I just got a LST and I am looking into racing. What do you think the top 5 MUST HAVES for racing this beast? I am also looking for different shock setups with springs and wt oil, diff oil. Things like that. Just post here and any help would be great. Thanks

RE: ucWhat do you think the best 5 upgrades for racing.
1. LOSI Alum diff covers
2. RPM A-arms with Lundsford 5x40 Ti Links
3. HP brake pads
4. 23mm hubs (I like CNR's) with ProLIne 40series wheels and Panther Pythons
5. B.A.C. steering Link
That's my list....
Edit: I run -2 or greater camber, toe in 2 degrees in the back, slight toe out in front, light sway bars only in the back, stock shock springs with 35wt fluild, pre-load set to drives shafts even at both ends and shocks mounted to the inner mounting point up top and outside mounting on bottom.
I run 50k diff fluid up front and 30k in the back.
Additional:
RPM Gear cover is a bargin for $11...
Under the chassis battery pack and then run the HC tank.
Make a hole for the transponder in the center of the hood close to the windshield, I hate it when I show up with a new body and forget that.
I'm sure I have forgotten something obvious!!

1. Lots of fuel.
2. Wheels and tires that work for the track.
3. Lots of track time.
4. Lots of track time.
5. Repair parts till you stop hitting stuff.
Did I mention lots of track time?
Setup similar what was listed by 2DMaxLST except heavy sway bar on rear only and tops of shocks mounted to outdside.
