Default Making Rx Packs w/ "AA"s???

Does anyone know how to make Rx packs out of rechargable NiMH batteries? Any great links with diagrams? Where do you buy everything you need? Shrink wrap? Metal strips? Wire? End connections? I'd like to make a pack out of some 2300 mAh rechargable "AA" batteries if it's possible.

Your LHS should have Everything ya need to make a Pack,
I Made a hump pack from 5 GP 2500AAs,
Just Glue or tape the Batteries togeather (- to+) You can get copper Battery bars or just use braided wire and Solder them ....
You'll be Left with One + and One- .... On each side of the Pack- Just Solder your Plug-in Wires on them...and Shrink wrap the Pack and your done.....
(I Plastic Dipped mine) It just fits Under the LST1 Fuel Tank.....

You can buy rechargable aa's with solder tabs already attached. I have seen 2500mah batt's with this. Solder them together, then cover them in shrink wrap or plasti dip them,. A suitably placed cable tie will keep everything in place. Just be careful not to overheat the cells whilst soldering as this can damage them.
Then enjoy hours of run time
