Default need to know

I am thinking about getting a lst-2 and just wanted to know from people who have them what kind of problems you've had (if any) and how you like it. I currently have a t-maxx 3.3 with a .18tm and want something I could race a little and also bash. thank you

you can race it alot.

I love it.

engine brace and some spare spindles would be advisable for heavy racing.

just normal stuff, arms, spindles, carriers, the stuff thats out there to take damage if crashed.

only thing inboard thats weak is the engine brace.

LOL, how has your luck been lately anyhow, MWK?

As far as the LST2, I cant say enough good about it. As all trucks have issues, I have had minimal with the LST2 compared with the "other" brands of trucks I have had in the past.

Out of the box for lite racing and bashing, get an engine brace and a BAC link along with some extra front spindles and you're good to go. If you wanna hit the track race tires are a good idea.

I think this is the one. I have done a lot of research and couldn't find any thing wrong with the lst2 so I think this is what I will get and give my girlfriend my t-maxx (but I will still run it when she isn't home)
also is the graphite chassis plate worth getting ?

Dynamite or hot racings engine braces will do (not that I know of any others), I'd never put anything else from hot racing on my LST but their brace is fine, I have had 2 rossi's, an LRP spec 2, and a draked .30 in there along with the stock M427 and havent had a failure with the HR brace.

Killerhobbies.com has them both in the LST1 section, just look under the brands.

graphite chassis is good, there are cheaper, stronger, and lighter CF alternatives on ebay as well. they improve the chassis ridgity; which can save your siderails.
