recently upgraded to the ti ni gears now it won't shift into second. I reset the adjustment to factory specs and tried it in the street and it shifted fine. went to the sand dunes today and it wouldn't shift. i took the gears back off and inspected everything there.it looked fine to me. any ideas?

My guess would be that you need to lower the shift point. You'll make higher rpms on the street than anywhere else.

might be taking off in second gear due to the higher inertia of the heavier ti ni gears, take off very very slowly and see if its shifting, if it is, then tighten up those screws so it shifts later.
