How hard is to hard?
I know that doesn't sound good however I couldn't figure any other way to word it. I took off my tank, put it under water and blew hard, bubbles came out from around the back of the tank. I find it hard to imagine our tanks pressurising that much, do they?
j/k. any bubbles coming out of your tank is bad. it's probably from the seam. and there is a fair amount of pressure coming from the pipe into the tank. i'd say buy a new tank.

I must have sat her for 30 minutes trying to word my situation and just had to come right out and say it. So in your opion any leak is bad.
