Talk me out of buying the Muggy
This is you last chance to talk me out of buying a fast, powerful, rugged, reliable and great all-around truggy that looks great and handles like a 1/10 stadium truck. I'm going to buy it if you can't convince me that there is something better at doing what it does best. quick! stop me, you don't have long! Show me any pictures pictures of smashed Muggys if you've got them, that's what drove me away from the Jato, too many horror stories. In my opinion the Muggy is in the middle path, it's not so fast that it destroys it's self in a crash and not so slow that it is no fun to drive, it's built tough with aluminum where it's needed and not so much that it weighs a ton, it doesn't have a really high center of gravity like a monster truck but it's not so low that it bottoms out all the time. It has some neat features but not so much that it's cluttered. It's not so small that it is hard to operate on, but not so big that parts cost a lot. The Muggy is how the nitro car was meant to be.

RE: Talk me out of buying the Muggy
I actually own a Muggy and have disasembled it and then put it back togeather. It has LST2 a-arms and they hold up great on the track. The Muggy is lighter than a LST so they hold up fine on the Muggy.

I'm still in the setup and testing phase. I like the way flys and the suspension but I do have a push on the track.
It's the one in the middle.

ya know Killerkiwi, what you said about the muggy makes me want to get one to go with my aftershock! To bad I'm planning on getting E-Maxx, or a Revo, then converting it to electric, then making it into a rock crawler.
