Default just got my LST2.

it just came and I wasted no time getting it ready, very hard to start at first had to back off the fuel a little. when it first got moving I was like ok it sucks but after a few minutes it was ok. I'm not done breaking it in cause my neighbors were holding me up talking to me and the battary died. having fun and this is one big truck with big big shocks.

was having a problem with the brakes over heated cuz they were on and I did not know. adjusted them and seem ok for now. what do you keep the transmission in high or low for just playing around? also what is a safe temp for the mach 427?

well I was on my 3rd tank and started to leak fuel, found it coming from the fuel filter replaced the o-ring and now ok. also the brakes are broke so I have to fix that, it was my fault the servo was applying the brakes and when I went on the throttle the brakes would be off but when just a litlle off idle the brakes were just hitting and overheated real bad. I just did not think to check but when I let off the throttle the car would stop I was not thinking I was just so happy I got the thing. I started to lean it out and then the battery pack died [&o] so I have to wait till over time on monday night ( I love my job ) I have to make a run to the hobby shop and get some brakes and parts for the MGT. If anyone could recomend some stuff that would be great like should I upgrade the springs?

Anywhere from 200 to 280 should be fine. Tune for performance, not temperature.

Fair comment, but 230 is the sweet spot for mine so thats what I keep it at. 280 I would say is way too high for this motor, I certainly wouldnt let it get that hot even if it seemed to be running fine.
