someone tell me what pipe i should use with my muggy
I have a muggy and i need a pipe, but i have no idea which way to go. I've had an lst2 since i was 12 (I turned 14 last week) and over the summer i turned it into a muggy because the muggy is 2 lbs lighter (not yet i still have aluminum shocks) and alot faster. i was wondering if any of you could tell me what kind of pipe would give me great torque + acceleration, with an increased top speed. I am using a Dynamite Mach 427 with a bump start backplate, I am going to have a Dynamite DPS21 carburetor, wich will have a 7.5mm restrictor. I already have a Nova RC cooling head, and an 8ight's clutch, and i always run 20% nitro.
^8ight's clutch
my dad's not the one who got me started in this, so asking him would be no use.
Thanks to any one who will help

A stock muggy pipe would be fine. If you can afford it get a Jammin JP3. Why do you have two threads on the same subject?

i too agree with the JP-3 i run the hard coated one in my mugen MBX5T prospec truggy and love it plus ive had it for about 6 months and it still looks liek the day i bought it the HARD COATING is AWSOME screw that chrome stuff the track eats it up!!!!
the only thing i have noticed tho is the JP3 pipes makes motors eat up a little more fuel than normal.........ive tested it out and the JP3 pipe kills about a minuet of run time.......but this was compared to a OS 2060 pipe i would if others have noticed this??

it looks sort of low capacity, do you get good torque [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/community/profile.cfm?section=profile&forum=1&memid=202853]PatrickBW[/link]?

I have the JP2 with Axial 28RR on my Muggy, but that Tsais M32 is supposed to be awesome.... I want something for more high end, so for me I think it's one of these....
Here's a short vid clip of a Losi 8T with it and a Ninja 28... Hot engine yeah, but the pipe obviously isn't bad...

ps EDIT - Having just watched that vid again, I think I'll go for the Tsais...(that was my Ninja too, but I sold it for a profit.... Dang....)
