RE: Mach .26 took a big hit......
Yes it looks like it! Now I will have to rebuild my spare engine.
Can someone tell me what do I need to rebuild an engine who has been in a box for two years. I forgot why I removed it for, but for sure, it was not running well or at all. Ok Piston & Sleeve, then what. Crank bearing, any seals? Any thing else. I want to make sure all the components are like new.
if you have time see my other rc toys or even real toys on my web site.

You should add a new rod to your parts list. No seals necessary, but while you're at it you might as well replace the front bearing too.

Yes sure a new rod too. Should I also replace the big bearing located just after the rod on the crank shaft?

I'd suggest just getting a whole new mill. You're likely to need a whole set of bearings & O rings, piston, sleeve, conrod, wristpin & retainers... everything but a head button, case, carb and cooling head! Unless its a high end engine, it can be nearly as expensive to replace all the internals as buying a new engine. And if it is a top dollar engine, than that's the list of things I would replace.
