LST2/Aftershock Stiffest Springs
Can someone tell me the color springs from softest to stiffest? I put some Aftershock/LST2 shocks on my 11 lb. XTM XLB and with the black springs (with 40 wt. oil) I dropped it from a little over knee height and it bottoms out. Thanks.

I tried to look up Raven RC earlier because I seen a video on youtube and I was VERY impressed, but I couldn't find the right link so I ordered the Losi yellow 7.4 lb springs. But now that I have the right link I will definitely order those too. Thanks.

I haven't taken it to the track yet but I did put the yellow springs on and they're definitely thicker, but with 30wt. oil my XLB still bottoms out when I drop it from the same height. I will probably change it to 90 wt. just to see if there is any difference. If not then I'll buy the RCRaven shocks

I put yellow springs on mine, then took them off again. They were good if you dropped the truck off a house, but for general bashing they were that stiff handling was a nightmare. I have gone back to silvers now and 30wt oil. I get the occassional bottom out, but nothing to worry about.

AS DUMB AS THIS SOUNDS... FOR STIFF SUSPENSION USE A LIGHT SPRING CRANKED UP. FOR SOFT SUSPENSION A HEAVY SPRING WICKED LOOSE. IF YOU PUT HEAVY SPRINGS CRANKED UP YOU'LL BREAK YOUR SHOCK SHAFTS ON SMALL BUMPS.
