Default aftershock stays reved up

I am new to the nitro rc world. I purchased an Aftershock second hand and it has a problem. I can get it running and start tuning it. Sometimes when I give it the trottle and then let off the engine will stay revved up. What would cause this? A carb. problem maybe?

You need to check and make all your adjustments on your remote. Then check your idle screw.

Then its running lean. This is where you need to start tuning. If it starts fine then you go do a wide open run and teh idle does not come down right away then you are running lean. Richen up the low speed needle till the idle drops.
