I got XXL fever
 

I've been out of the R/C world for a few years. The original LST was the last R/C I owned. I continually heard great things about the XXL and remembered how much I enjoyed the original, so I decided to give it another go. Three months ago I bought the Nitro XXL and was bite by the XXL fever! I love this truck so much in 3 months I now have 3 XXLs and a Stampede for my wife (I know I know). I have 1 Nitro and 2 E-XXL conversions. Here are a few pics of the trucks.

The 2 blue XXLs are mine, the red one is my son's and the Stampede is my wife's. We love them and have a ball ripping up the park in our neighborhood. Any comments, suggestions or questions are welcome.

Great collection! I have 4 Savages, and I love them, but I'd kinda like to try a Losi. Which Losi is closest in the size to Savage X?

The LST or LST2 are closest in size to the savage X.

Nice trucks man, they all look great. My wife also has a stampede she runs. They are great trucks IMO because they are quick, nimble, and dont break a whole lot because they are light. haha

Awesome collection! I just finished my Brushless Conversion on my XXL. Great trucks to own! What BL Combo did you go with?

The LST/LST2 are the size of the standard Savage.

The Savage XL is similar to the Losi XXL in size.

Both trucks have the Mamba Monster ESC and Castle 1518 1800KV motor. My son runs a 4s battery and I use a 6s battery. I used the battery tray underneath to house the 500mah 4s battery to run the LEDs.

A normal LST2 or Aftershock is a good bit bigger than a standard size Savage..

Lol.........already got 2 kids. Between my kids and their sports, my wife, work, 2 minpins and R/C trucks I don't know if I can handle anything or anyone else:). But you are welcome to bash with me, my son and my brother anytime. I'm also building a custom brushless mini LST2..........more to come![>:]

im using this thread to let you know that my fever is gone, im selling both my lst2 and xxl, and taking about a 1 year break.
ill be back probably with something brushless, i dont have the time i use to...

i just wanted to let you guys know that you showed/teached me a couple things, and i liked that.

My son has let his Brushless XXL sit for 6 months after driving it 2 times! I have brushed off the dust and put it up for sell. :-(
