The Muggy, whats the deal?
 

i like the look of this truck, i have been out of the game for a while. It's doesnt seem like it lasted very long in the Losi line up. are there any known issues with it or did it just not fit in on the racing circuit? Also how is parts support still? what is a good price to pick one up used and is there anyway to find one new anymore?

The Muggy was a weird stepping-stone truck as all the hype in RC went from bashing MT's to racing truggies. Losi came out with the Muggy, then soon after the 8T, which was more of a racer. The Muggy was still a good fun basher. Very tough.. I had one. Only issue is the wheels are too big and heavy, so this can toast clutch bearings. Run normal LPR truggy tires and it's a great truck. Not a serious racer though.

Part-wise it shares arms and bumper from the LST2/XXL, and maybe a few other odds and ends.

One-piece engine mount and single-servo tray are adviseable upgrades IMO. Yellow shock springs were good for bashing..
