are these any good? they are pretty cheap, whats the range, and quality of these things? I want to spend no more than $40 or $50 on one.
Is this any better?
The ********* in the link is supposed to be Ebay.com :D

If you will be using these on airplanes I suggest getting the $28.00 dollar one. It has wayyy better range. Or wait until I get my site up and running :D :D :stupid: .

Thanks,
Vova

There are vids on my site so you can compare the quality. Sorry for such short vids for the 200mw system. :(

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 6:48 AM)

Are you selling them? How much?

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 6:57 AM)

Im not done making the prices yet. It wont be the same as ebays. I will have a CCD camera included in the package instead of the CMOS.

Also, on ebay , for some reason the dont include the audio capable receiver. My set will include the 4 channel receiver w/audio. So you can switch between 4 cameras.

Like I said , Im not done with the prices, and dont have many sets in stock. I might start taking preo orders tomorrow if I get the prices worked out.

cajunflyer -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:02 AM)

are the 2.4 gig cameras any better? I saw a couple on ebay

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:05 AM)

More or less than E-bay?

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:12 AM)

I cant really compare with ebay since mine have a 4channel switchable receiver. Audio, and possible a CCD camera. So yes,
more.

The price will be 70 dollars for the following.
1000mw Tx
4 channel Receiver w/audio capabilities.
All RCA cable to hook the receiver and camera up
9 volt adapters
Tiny camera w/audio and a non pinhole lense(I do have the pinhole ones, but picture wuality seems to be a little worse)

Then there will be an option to have a CCD camera instead of the CMOS one. Both have audio.

Attached is a pic of the Cmos camera.

Cajunflyer,
I dont have any 2.4ghz in stock, still waiting. We'll. Im guessing the picture should be more stable.

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:18 AM)

What will be your cheapest system?

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:19 AM)

I can take pre-orders for the $70.00 set. But it may be awhile until they arrive.

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:23 AM)

Cheapest? hmm If we are not including the single cameras without the Tx or Rx's. Would be the 200mw one that is all over ebay. But, Mine has audio unlike theirs. Price 44 which includes everything here: http://www.tinywireless.com/included_set.htm

Your choice would be between the pinhole camera, and the one pictured above.

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:26 AM)

how much is an 800mw system (doesn't matter if audio)

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:29 AM)

Sorry,
I wont carry the 800mw tx

only 50, 250, 400, 1000, 2000, 6000mw's

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:31 AM)

Heres a link, replace the ***** with eb@y.com

http://cgi.*********/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3037674363&category=14957

They sell for 44-50 dollars without audio. Ill carry the same system but with audio for the same price.

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:31 AM)

how much better are the 400s than the 250s, and how much more $?

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 7:34 AM)

Everyone just check later tonight, ill have the prices up.

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 8:17 PM)

Do you think someone might sell a wireless camera on the new RCUniverse? Should I get one off ebay, or wait to see if they will have them here?

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/29/2003 9:21 PM)

I will probably post some auctions once they get the thing going.

Billiam411 -> Spylinker Cameras? (7/30/2003 12:45 AM)

ok, Id rather buy from an RC'er than from a guy in Hong Kong

elevator_up -> Spylinker Cameras? (8/7/2003 5:50 AM)

Mike

Is your RC400Wa receiver compatible with the 800mw ebay system ? If I swap recievers, will I hear audio ?

Also on your home page, the black links under the purple are very hard to find/see.

reznikvova-RCU -> Spylinker Cameras? (8/7/2003 5:55 AM)

elevator_up,
I assume you are talking to me and just got the names mixed up. :p

I will have to check the compatibility of the two systems. They should work fine.

Does your 800mw TX have a switch to switch between four different freqs?

Thanks for letting me know about the website, Ill change it.

-Vova Reznik

elevator_up -> Spylinker Cameras? (8/11/2003 9:41 PM)

Vova,
Thanks for the reply, I've been out of country lately, sorry for delay, leaving again today for a bit.. My receiver does not have a switch but is 1.2 Ghz with a tuning knob. Visually it looks the same as yours, but no part of Model number on it.

elevator_up -> Syplinker TX operating Voltage (8/11/2003 9:46 PM)

So, now that I have the new Spylinker, looking forward to getting up in the air. Does anyone know the operating voltage to run the Tx ? I have a small light lithium battery at 12.4V that I'd to use instead of the 9V ? Think it will work ?

I would get an 8 or 9v voltage regulator. The Tx actually runs on 8v but I dont know what the max voltage is that it would accept without a meltdown. My father powered his using an 8v voltage regulator powered with a 12v NiMH pack.
Unfortunately, I dont know where you can get one other than at Electronic City in Burbank, CA. Thats where he got his. Probably have to search.
