It's all done by comp arf. Interesting to note that the pink on the top of the fus has been painted out of the mold, so the plane has been deseamed. I have seen another custom scheme plane like this from them recently so wonder if it's something they are doing more regularly. I'm very happy with it

Most of the models now have the fuse de seamed, this one started it
The Black Hawk I had in last week was also de seamed and it will be the case on std schemes where possible to do it

Awesome color scheme Andrew.
I can't imagine what a 180 would be like in this bird.

Paul.

yes i do...i just wipe out the inside with some windex to remove any dust ...just make sure the temp where your painting is about 60 degress or more...spray thin coats...you may need 3 or so...now it will take about a day or so to dry so be patient...you will be surprised how easy this paint works...i just painted a new comp arf yak interior with it...looks awesome...pat

I think I'm going to install my new P-100rx since I have it, then I'll get the 140 or something bigger down the line. Did you happen to use the Behotec retract/brake valve? I still need to figure how to make my 14mz control that combo valve with the 2pos switch & the side slider...

Weve used the same textured paint BlueBus in our Ultra Flash, but when I did the re - install on our Classic Flash, I used a standard coat of Primer but then lowered the Gun Pressure so it was little more than spitting the paint onto the the internals (Black and then White) giving the same effect as the Textured product but its alot lighter, the textured version is the fast way of applying the same thing, but our Ultra worked out slightly heavier.

Just thought itd be worth knowing before you started. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jaime, I plan on using spray cans & probably a brush to get the hard to reach crevices (no comp/gun available), So I'm going to have to stick with a textured product to get it done.

No worries, I would've thought you'd probably be just fine with spray cans to get into all the awkward areas, its surprising just where it gets once you start
