Very new to the hobby, just got my car 2 hours ago...and I love it.
however....there is a clicking noise when the front wheels turn, either right or left, and its coming from the servo...

what's the problem here (beside me being so new, I don't know what it is)

thanks!

your servo gears are stripped. Now thats not a big deal. What kind of servo do you have and what vehicle is it in?

you can either buy a metal geared servo from JR or Hitec for around $40, or buy some replacement gears for 4 or 5 bucks. but if it stripped once it will strip again so i reccomend the metal geared servo.

Well you cant just buy the metal gears. You ahve to buy a servo which is 40 ro you can keep replacing the plastic gears for $4. Go buy some gears for a futaba s3003. They use the same gears as traxxas.

Yes rustlers are fun. I had a stampede and the servo was a standard problem.
