I sent my engine in for service just yesterday. The engine is mounted on the side with the throttle arm down. Just started a high frequency fuel drip from the throttle arm. It's a year old with no more then 3 gallons of SIG 15% through it.
Ordered a gasket/o-ring set. Replaced the the throttle barrel o-ring and the needle valve o-ring. Replaced to gaskets; the gasket on the air chamber and the carb manifold gasket to the engine. Still leaks fuel from the throttle arm area.
Gasket & o-ring set are just under $40. Very pricey...
Anyway, I caved early and sent the engine in to service. In case this has happened to anyone else, curious what the 'remedy' might be.

Chances are the leak is being caused by either a piece of debris under the plunger or a bad plunger. None of the bits you replaced will likely have any effect.
