The P80 will not fit this airplane or any of our other models. The perfect match for the new V3 Tornado is the K80 Rabbit 100 size engines

The P80SE is too wide for the standard mount.

That amount of power in a Boomerang Sprint is a good combination, recommended, the only thing is positioning the weight as far forward as possible to counter the weight of the P80, I had one in an Elan, but it was a bit lack luster.

I have a white and red scheme and am wondering if anyone can tell me what color red it is? Is it an ultracote color? I'm sure it is listed in this thread somewhere but I searched and couldn't find it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Thanks Mike but I am looking for the colors on the covering not the paint. Specifically the red.

Ohhh I see that now....
Just so everyone here knows this information came from Henry today, Yes Christmas Eve.

From Henry "I have all the covering here please send me your address and what color you want. Thanks "

So Saddler drop Henry an email at henry@modellbauusa.com and he will fix you up.

Mike

Modellbau uses their own covering.
Give Henry a call, he usually has rolls in stock, and when I needed some for my Tornado he just popped some in the mail.

I just finished building my kit. This is my first turbine. I spent some time with it,  took me a good month to build the jet. I think it came out looking great. I put a Jetcat P80 on the plane and it sure has plenty of power. Pretty cool to own a turbine.
