The Arrow is a great flying airplane - I built 2 of them from MAN plans in 1980. Very fast. Mine weighed between 8 and 8.4 lbs. I can't remember the throws, but about +/- 1/4" on the ailerons and +/- 5/16" on the elevators. +/- 30degrees or so on the rudder. You may want to increase the throws slightly if you want to do snap maneuvers and soften the neutral with some exponential. I flew mine with an OS .61VF and an 11x7.5 prop. With the YS it will really smoke....
