How many of you would like to be able to browse this forum and be active using your Iphone or Android phone ? It is a simple and easy plugin and only takes a few minutes for administrator to install...... geez, im starting to sound like a troll or seller or something worse all i want to do is to make admin here aware of tapatalk and to ask them if they would like to consider using it, to make this wonderful forum even more friendly for people that dont have time or dont have a computer or just prfer to use their phone. I think it would be very popular addition for allot of people. Good luck and i really hope you will consider doing this, Thanks.

Just started this thread cause i feel it would be a really nice feature for RcUniverse to have, and it would be great for me as i could come in here more often to read and comment and just be more active, i would love it.

Status: offline 		I HATE tapatalk. My computer forum recently installed it and now I'm being driven nuts by everyone spamming "Sent from my X using Y". It drives me nuts.


That being said I would like some mobile improvements. I tried checking on one of my wanted ads on my Droid and found the login to be completely broke, as if there wasn't a button to click on to actually log in.

Status: offline 		I HATE Tapatalk. Please don't switch to it. My computer forum recently turned it on, now there's a sea of spam where it appends stuff to posts. Plus it costs three bucks, and none of those three bucks go towards the forums using it.

It's not a conversion, you don't HAVE to use it to post on the forums and what's the difference between using a browser or tapatalk to post apart from the sig (which is optional and OFF by default).

You don't want people to be able to have the convenience of being able to access these forums from anywhere just because you don't like seeing that one line of text? That's pretty arrogant, selfish, and short sighted.

+1 for me, I'd love rcuniverse to enable tapatalk.

Status: offline 		Honestly, it's a cool feature, but don't hold your breath.  Anything that requires a log in aside from RCU is typically banned here in my experiences.

Status: offline 		Any news on getting tapatalk enabled for this forum ?

vbulletin and some other forums have the content of the post in the new post email that is sent to you.  You can quickly read this and decide if you want to goto the full webpage.  This forum (not sure what software is in use here) does not do this or it's switched off by the admin, you only have the link to the thread in the email.  Very annoying especially when there's no tapatalk coompatibility.
