They appear in the price list you can download. In addition, Chris says there are two new sizes available in the Product Update section.

Got it from Aerobertics at Belgium.

Quality is better then previous versions !
Also the painting is much better then the precious versions of the Spark.
This is gonna be a worthy follower for my Spark Dynamic

Status: offline 		 I think so.. But don't know exactly it depends on how thick the fuselage is on that point.
The "old" dynamic was very thin at that point so I made nice intakes on top of the nose and made v-shape out takes on the underside of the fuselage.

Now for a couple questions: does the wing have a straight trailing edge or is it swept back at the tip? Also, any chance you could weight the components and let us know what they are? Since this version of the plane is electric only I would expect we should be able to make weight without issues.

No, this is the electric version..
I know there is a glow version available now.
The old Spark was electric only.

It's still in Belgium at Aerobertics, as soon as I have the plane i'm gonna weight the components for you.
It look likes the plane has a little swep back in the wings, but i'm not 100% sure.

Awesome looking Spark Evo. I have confirmation from Ivo that my airplane is somewhere getting shipped to me. I'm hoping that I will have the airplane within the next week, and will start building it asap.

Like what they said before this model is the electric only, soon they will release the glow version which will have a different chin cowl and I do believe a little different construction on the fuse to allow for the vibration of the glow motor.

The wings have a straight trailing edge. It looks a little deceptive but they are straight at the trailing edge.

Wondering if I should use the same MK coupler for the Evo or 2 mini servo's in the stabilizer.
The MK coupler worked fine for me on the Spark Dynamic.
What is your idea behind the MK coupler ?

Status: offline 		True, but I really loved the sound and feeling of my YS engines.
But it doesn't match up to my C50 motors, they always work no matter what, no difference in power with hot weather, no stress during the competition.
Electric is really a relieve for me..

I think that you should be fine with the 2 digital servos in the tail. I was not a fan of them on the older servos but the newer servos works out really well. I think that you should be good to go. All the tests on the Spark Evos were tested with 2 servos in the tail. This was with the Q80. If your going to run the C50 you may have to put the battery tray a bit further forward but other than that you should be fine.

So I'm gonna follow your advice and use 2 servo's for the tail.

I really like the geared C50-14XL motor very happy with it, I also ordered a Plet Advance together with a Schulze controller to see how that turns out.
I'm not a fan of outrunner motors.. but I heared good things about the new Q80 motor from Hacker ?

Status: offline 		The new Q80 is actually the best outrunner I have found. I really enjoyed testing it. To me it had the best throttle responce and is extremely efficient. It has more power than the C50-14xl and pulls a little more current, the best part about the motor is its extremely quiet!!

Status: offline 		I agree, the Q80 is almost scary quiet. I saw Larry Kauffman fly one in his Gaudius and it was very weird as there was virtually no motor noise of any kind.

That's the best part of all outrunners. That and lower maintainance is what drives people to them. In the old days we had to use geared motors because we needed to squeeze every last drop of efficency out of our power systems because the battery technology was so poor. Today that's not the case.... especially when a world class pilot such as yourself dosen't even find the need to run a geared inrunner. Of course, there are still applications where that's what is needed or wanted. I'm just so darn happy to see that electric power has not only become a viable choice for pilots such as yourself but the perfered choice. These really are the good old days.

Status: offline 		Yes the motor is extremely quiet. I know that with the Falcon 21x14 prop it is very hard to even hear the prop noise.
The only thing that the inrunner still has going for it is that its extremely light. It is 2 and 3 oz lighter than the Q60 and Q80. While that might not seem like a ton it still makes a difference in the performance of the airplane.

Status: offline 		Itll be interesting to see how that + 3 oz outrunner figures in on the weight of the new SPARK EVO....I know that on Rileys Spark Dynamic with stock wings and stabs,...we couldnt afford the 3 oz extra.....Hopefully EVO will be LIGHT!

Status: offline 		2 or 3 ounces is a problem? Amazing.... I can tell you it's not at my level of flying. I'd never notice a couple of ounces on a plane that size. Of course, if you're that close to the weight limit then I can see where every ounce counts.

Status: offline 		My original spark with stock setup weighed 10 pounds 12 oz. That should be very close to what you guys have for a setup. Throw a falcon 21x14 prop on the plane and you will drop 2oz right there.
