Status: offline 		Hey guys...i posted a thread a little while back asking if spylinker was legit...thanks for everyone who answered me....so after 6 days spylinker emailed me back to confirm my order...When i payed him i gave the shipping address to send the camera to. He wrote back saying that he would ONLY ship to my confirmed address...Which unfortually turns out to be my old address where i WILL NOT get the camera. ...ive emailed him 6 times in the last 5 days...with NO response! Sounds like hes gonna just send my camera to an address that he knows is wrong....certianlly doesnt sound like hes willing to help me out on this one and at least contact me to fix the sitauation...

I bought from him because of all the positive feedback i read on ebay and this board..but it look like im out 55 bucks!.....12 days....8 emails...big problem NO REPLYS!...beware everyone...thats all im trying to say!.....anyone with any contact info for him other than info@spylinker would be apreicated..thanks-Jordan

Status: offline 		i have bought 5 camera packages from him. he deals in large volume sales. my sugestion is to up date your address. i do alot of sales on ebay my self and i mail to confirmed address only also that is our only protection to get our money for our products when the deals go bad on the buyers side. so update your address and u will be fine as a seller it is a business and we have to look out for the business.

Status: offline 		thanks rob for the info...just so you know....i completly understand the idea behind only shipping to verified addresses..and i agree with this policy...that was not my complaint.....first off, spylinker was MIA for the first 4 days after my sale...leaving a bad taste in my mouth (no communications after i payed him)...they he shipped it to my confirmed address after telling him that i would not recieve it!....i asked him to hold off shipping untill i got my new address confirmed..he wouldnt ablidge me......sounded like he was just wayyy too busy to even give the "little guy" the time of day...as of now..its been a month and a half and my camera was never delivered and ive lost my 55 dollars...he wont return my email...and im pissed....im sure you can understand-jordan

Status: offline 		If you paid via Paypal you can a refund (chargeback). Just contact Paypal and they will help you through the process. I've had a couple businesses that screwed me out of the product but either Paypal or the credit card company helped me get these issued resolved.
