I need to know if the RRP hardened steel clutch bell for the
T-MAXX will stand up to the xtm 24.7?! I keep striping stock ones.

I have yet to completly strip out a clutch bell and I am running a Force .25 which has about the same power as the 24.7. Maybe there is a problem with how it is fitting together?? If it is too tigh or too loose it can cause problems as well as if it is not centered right.. The best thing for you to do is get an 1/8 setup for it! Maybe the added size will help?? If it is not the other stuff?

Stock bells are not prone to strip unless your mesh is out of wack, Ive stripped 1 cluth bell due to the engine mount comeing loose, and that was with a worn out OS Hyper .15. My buddy has been running a Hyper 21 with a stock maxx setup and only stripped 1 clutch bell due to a bad mesh, so its not the parts that are failling its the mesh your useing!!

Its probably because you are runnning a steel spur gear and an extended chassis that is flexing. when the chassis flexes, usually on the landing of a jump, the mesh gets out of whack and if you are on the throttle it mangles the clutchbell.

I am running a RRP steel spur gear, but what is the proper mesh?
I've heard you should be able to run a piece of paper through the gears without the paper ripping.
