The antenna on my TM-14 module is loose. Is there anyway to tighten it up, or am I going to have to send it back?

The antenna will be loose as per your video, when it is angled. When it is set in the straight position it will be fixed onto the base and not move this way. There is really no way to fix this. If you sent this in, the new one would be loose also.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Krysta,

It used to be tight, but now it moves almost freely, and when I do set it out straight it will eventually flip down towards the ground.

    Thanks,

    Jay

    Hi Jay,

Yes, if it is that loose then I would definitely send it in to the service center. We'll take care of it for you.
