I'm 17- own a Skyraider Mach 1 with a Thunder Tiger .46. The plane was a birthday present (by the time I got it my simulator time was through the roof), but I pay for all the accessories and maintenance. I've got a job at a local aircraft maintenance shop-the pay's good, the job is fun, and my boss even flies r/c.

I want to tell you all that I think it's great that there will be future pilots to fill in when us older pilots fade out. I'm 53 and just learned to fly this year. I've gotten pretty good and love to fly. I have an 11 year old son that flies on the simulator that came with my Nexstar. He's a Play Station junkie and he is real good on the simulator. I have built about 10 planes and he helps. The planes range from .20 size to 30% scale. I am going to put him on the buddy box with the Nexstar next year. It will be great fun and a good time to bond with my son. He won't have to worry about getting to the field either. I go everyday it's nice out. I'm retired so we can spend all day in the summer at the field when he's out of school!!!

Well I am a teen and fly electric and glow. My Dad flew Rc in the 80s to the (0s and then quit for awhile. I got a firebird when I was in third grade and flew that wjile I was building a .40 size pt-40 trainer. I got A stryker and flew that thing for along time. The batterie blew up the other day and the stryker was lost. I then won a super tigre .40 engine from rcm magazine. And put it into an old HObbico flightstar. Now I have a stand-off scale P-51 mustang .40 size that I fly. That plane is a hand full. Am about to start a 60 inch wingspan Sb2c-1 Helldiver Built from plans.

I'm 15, and I am Shotgun's son. I absolutely LOVE this hobby. I have UCD .46, Stinger 40, Avistar, E-Flite QQ Yak-54, E-flite Ultimate, and a Lanier 30% Edge 540. It is the old one, the yellow one. Anyway, I absolutely love flying, whether it be electric, nitro/gas, or even Realflight G2, I can't get enough. By the way, anybody got any AIM's they want to share? It is hard to find someone to talk to in my neighborhood about airplanes.

Yeah I'm 13 too. Dont go to sport Aircraft right away after your solo on your basic trainer. I learned the hard way But I love it try the avistar ARF It seems like a stable Aircraft. BTW I have 9 glow planes and over $4000 in equipment. I inherited it all after my instructor/friend died.
Lucky for the planes unlucky for the loss I crashed his ugly stick on the 2nd flight Yeah I feel bad but it is liable to happen eventually. No way to avoid it. Also...... I hate gravity

I am 15 but have been flying electric since the age of 6 and look to be getting deeper and deeper into the world of electric R/C planes. The people are nice and it is alot of fun.

I'm 15, and fly mainly electrics. I have a 3d foamy Katana S, a Seagull Extra 300 ep, a PZ typhoon & cub, and a a qq Byp Yak. I used to caddy, and got a little money, but I get sick of being treated poorly by stupid rich snobs. I sometimes sell stuff on ebay, then use the money to buy planes! My AIM is Cheftony1000, some one aim me!!!! How many of you guys have friends that do the hobby? I have 2, 3 times as old as me!
