talking about how it handles with these twins and 50cc engines in it . Only seen a few baja with these big blocks that did not repeatly pop wheelies , fishtail and were totally out of control with these motors.

I do understand what you are saying. The videos I have been posting on the Pro 50 most of them have a plate on the back to keep them from doing much of a wheelie and or flipping over.

This is a 12hp BZM 40cc and in the video you can see the plate and he even bents it up some so he is able to do small wheelie.

Those engines are very impressive but more then likely I will never have one unless some one gives me one for free. I am like you I prefer something that is race able. Unfortunately there are not any large scale tracks with in 400 or so miles of me any more. When I was racing my stock 26 with a good pipe was all I needed. I really miss racing and do to not having any tracks near by I might get out of large scale all together.

Just found out that this years ISC speed championship scheduled for November here in the USA has been canceled, too bad!!! I was looking forward to this years championships because of all the new unique and powerful 23-62cc single cylinder and twin cylinder engines on the market for large scale. I was expecting records to fall for the largescale class. Oh well guess I will have to wait for next year. But I have heard a rumor brewing that someone is considering making a LONG ROD for the 62cc Skopod motor and port work on the sleeve to make it turn more RPMS and put out more HP!! So the hp war is still brewing.

What sort of system are they going to use to check the speed? Speed trap which is the best or cheap radar gun?

.................Yeah but this is not the finish product yet they are trying to get higher revs out of it . And with the torque and hp this motor is generating you should be able to gear it to the moon

No better then what Honda does in F1 racing not sure if that is good or bad. If I am not mistaken they are not even running any more.

In my opinion anything over 4 to 7 HP is useless. No way in HELL would I pay more then $400 to $500 for a motor unless it was in something I can get into and drive. But that is just me.

i feel you. $300 just for a case and anothe $200-300 for a head is too much. a PP 4 bolt zen can make 6HP with a stronger power curve and cost half as much.

I never said you did I was voicing my opinion and sorry you got your panties in a wad. When is to much HP for what a vehicle will with stand? So you buy a $1700 moor then spend at least another $1000 or more in up grading drive train then you still have a vehicle that is WAY to hard to handle. Been There done that This is a discussion forum and if you do not want others input do not post.

Been in to RC for about 15 years and large scale for going on 5 so I know what it cost. Been into motorcycles none stop for 40 plus years! I once had a Chevy Vega I put a hop up 350 in and it was fast if you could control it. Even with up grades you never could get it where it could handle all the power. But what ever floats your boat.

Misquoted what the heck did I misquote you on????????????? You misquoted me as I never said you where telling me to buy it. As far as the guy building it working for Honda on F1 car motors is doing him a injustices as Honda never did very well in F1 racing and is why they no longer race F1. Sorry I got you all up set but I am sure you will get over it.
