The virus is not coming from RCU directly. Rather it is coming from a third party site is providing some additional content on some pages of RCU. This happens occasionally in the world of the internet and happens to all kinds of sites other than just RCU. We are working to remove the links to the site that is contaminated with the virus until they get their site cleaned up. Ken

I have the same problem (see enclosed picture). I do not care if the the trojan is not coming from RCU directly. Ken's response is rather lame and I am surprised that more than 2 days after Ken's response the problem is still there. Is it false alarm or is it for real?

Got another different one this morning, come on Ken this issue needs to be addressed by the new RCU owners, let's get this crap fixed or the drive to make more money from advertisers without regard to who they are or who include viruses/trojans in their websites will kill this forum in a real hurry.

I am getting the same problem, but they are working on it. It only took them 6 months to get the market (buy and Sell) to work correctly, now this crap. It will be another 6 months before they get theri act together and fix things, like Virus's and make this a safe site. I got a High Security warninig on my computer today, and it was from www. gds-or.com. I searched that web and it's a chinese site??? Luckly my Anti-Virus program worked, maybe RCU should do another upgrade to their Anti-Virus, it's only their website this happens.

Get it straight RCU, and no double talk or you will loose many many people, they won't put up with it. Yes, I agree.. RCU needs to make an official announcement about it.. I'm getting it on every page on RCU and some others are not.. now they are worried their virus scanner is not picking it up... Make an honest announcement, and advise when you expect the problem to be resolved... we would all appreciate that more and it would enhance member's faith in this website instead of the fear and doubt that is occurring in many threads now....

WARNING although the trojan seems to have been contained, every time i come to RCU i infected with: rogue.Agent/Gen-Nullo[DLL] not sure what it is, but it's only picked up by SUPERAntiSpyware when i'm scanning the PC

The site is still infected with Trojans. My virus software is going nuts every time I vist. When is this going to be fixed?

The IT guys are working to fix the problem, that's about all I know. They have patched several areas so far, but are working on actually resolving the problem rather than patching. It IS their first priority right now.

I haven't visited RCU in a week because of the virus/trojan issue. I'll try back in another week to check progress, or lack thereof.
