On Mar 13, 2011 I transfered $30.03 from my Paypal account to RCU for market place deposit. It's not sshowing on my statement. DOes anybody look at this posting?

I only show a $10.00 payment from you on March 13. A later credit was applied on March 19 in the amount of $41.20.

If your account now fully updated reflecting payments made via Paypal?

On march 13 I made 2 payments 1. for $10 and 1 for $30.03

How do I get to my statement now?

I'm not sure what you mean by "how do I get to my statement now", but I have updated your account to reflect your second March 13 payment.

We do not provide a full detail break down of charges, but you can review all activity on the Accounting tab of the My Market area of the marketplace. By moving back in the calendar, you can track fees added to your account on individual ads as well as payments made as a result of those fees.

They say My credit card needed update because user ID failed. I,m trying to give my card numbers, but it is not working, I also tried to switch to paypal & it still wont let me in the market place

I'm having a similar issue. Tried to deposit $10 from paypal so I could upgrade some adds. Rec'd confirmation from paypal yesterday but still don't see the $10 posting to my RCU account. Please help!

I have the same problem. I paypaled $25 to my account to upgrade 2 ads I was posting. The transaction was completed with paypal, but when it went to send me back to rcu I got an error screen. Now I don't have money in rcu and the 25 bucks are gone from paypal.

I pm'd the moderator listed above 2 days ago, no answer yet.

I added two PP payments of $10 each and they are showing - I was blocked out and had to drop My Trading Plus Status to view the site. No happy considering I had money in my account!

Same thing here,,,,, my account balance is zero... ask me to update credit card info.. wouldn't let me do that so i switched to pay-pal,, made two $10.00 payments ,, nothing shows up on my account ... can't use the market ... where is the money going ????

My account still does not show the PP deposits I made, and the PP transaction is "completed" so I cannot cancel the payment. Plus I have not heard anything from RCU???

I have the same problem deposited 25.00 on june 23 that never made it to my market account I have sent messages to the moderator and this person elizabeth.goodman pay pal said the money went to and started a new thread in the market place problems aera all have went unanswered. I started a dispute on pay pal today to try and get the money in my market account where it belongs or returned to my pay pal account.  I will repost when I hear somthing.    jim.

Interesting that I have not had any response from RCU. I tried to email the PayPal address, but the message was returned. I will not deposit anymore to. The account.

You will notice I posted my question back in April, so I don't remember if I clicked something after I made the payment. If I did not does this mean I lost the payment? Why is there no way to contact RCU to resolve problems?

It is imperative that you click the "Click here to return to RCUniverse" after posting your payment. This is required so that your RCU account will be updated to reflect your payment once it has cleared. We state this very clearly on the Paypal payment page.

No, you have not lost your money if you did not click the link, but it does create a delay in us being able to update your account. Also note that your account should be updated in 10-15 minutes. If it has not been in that time, please notify us immediately. There is an email address listed on your Paypal receipt. Please do not wait several days, or months, to let us know there is a problem. I asked on July 13 if anyone with this problem clicked on the link, and no one has responded with an answer.

With that said, please PM me if you are in this situation. Please include the amount you posted and the date you posted it along with the Paypal transaction ID.

We will verify the payments and update accounts as quickly as possible, but we must have the above information.
