Hello,
I bought my Viperjet in Germany from Wemotec.(http://www.wemotec.com/shop/index.php/language/en/cat/c2_Modelle.html )
It is produced by Tomahawk design. http://www.tomahawk-design.de/englisch/
The price is relatively high compared to Asian made models but when you open the box, you will immediately notice the "Made In Germany" quality. That helps a little to rectify the high cost. The model is white in it's original condition. I painted mine with acrylic paint out of the tube using a spong brush.

This is a foam model, not the same as the sapac one. HK just released a new viperjet and it looks really good, nice scale and has the winglets also.

Well its not the same model as the thread starter but I spose it doesnt hurt I am planning to get one of these HK ones too, and will run a wemotec in it with either ARC2848 on 4 cells, or 2858 on 5-6 cells.

I am leaning towards the higher amp 4s setup as I use a lot of 4s packs in 4 and 8s configuration, 93 amps and 2kg thrust basically, with some Sapac micro digital servos the viper should come out quite light and will be plenty fast. The wemotec is pretty much the most efficient 70mm fan out there and its a bargain for a German made product.
