will carbonite gears be used in the newer 5945 servos, and if so when.

The new Karbonite gears are presently available on the NEW HS-5975HB. I've been using them for a while now and am very happy with them. :)

Torque 4.8/6.0v : 91 / 109 oz. 6.5 / 7.8 kg.
Speed 4.8/6.0v : 0.13 / 0.10 second

Sorry John,

The Karbonite gears cannot be made for or retrofitted into the 5945/5925 series servos.

We will soon have other super high performance Karbonite gear servos in addition to the 5975 product.
