I am planning on making a home made air boat using some older items I have left over from my rc airplanes.

This build will probably have the esc outside of any waterproof container, so I was wondering the best way to waterproof the esc.

Thought about covering in silicone caulk, but did not know if that might cause esc to build up heat.

Looking for ideas, so all are welcomed.
