I didnt use foam, only mdf and acrylic filler.

Status: offline 		there are not many old skool craftsmen machinists left that can use manual lathes, mills etc and turn out high tolerance and awkward shaped work(ie no cnc) but you my friend are definitely one of them... mundo respect to you Vass!!!
