Looks to me that those Lipos are smaller than the ones that come stock in the XB-E. Of course I am no expert but is there a reason your going with a 2c and not the 3c that came with the XB-E? Or does the mah matter?

the 6000 will fit in the backdraft, have some that fit nice and snug

not those they are shorter than the stock ones. the stock ones are 145mm long and those are 132.
