From the width of those wheels(1.1") I'd say they're meant for buggies. The tires are 2.2 truck tires which are wider(about 2" wide). I have had a set of those street tracs in the past. They're pretty grippy on asphalt, and not bad in grass.

Status: offline 		No, but you need to glue then. I use a medium thickness CA. If there is chrome plating around the bead of the rim, remove it with some sandpaper, or scrape it off with something, as the CA will not bond to chrome that well.

Status: offline 		Usually foam tires have lots of benefits as compared to air type tires .so I personally believe that foam tires are better.There are various foam tires avaliable such as Matrix foam tires,sedan foam tires and even Gecko are some of the varieties.

They are not required, but will benefit from them, especially if you do a lot of pavement driving.
