I have a red box Top Flight P40 that is ready for engine installation. The plane has been fiberglassed and weights 10.5 lbs. I have selected a Saito GK 125 for power and I'm considering using a three blade prop. If I stick with the two blade I will probably use a 16-6. Does anyone have experience with three blade props on these planes and if so do you have any recommendations on what size I should use with the Saito 125? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

I can't help with prop selection, but saw this plane on RCU for sale and was salivating. It looks awesome! First off, congrats, you got a great deal. Secondly, this is the Gold Edition, not the Red Box. Is 10.5 lbs without the engine? You really have to watch the weight on these. I hope you can keep it below 13 lbs AUW. And by all means, keep your speed up otherwise you will be asking for a tip stall. Good luck with it!

15/8" two blade, use the 3 blade for display.
