AMA probably won't get many complaints since there weren't any foxy ladies in bikinis... but on the other hand, it looked like fun...hmmm...well. there will be some complaints about that... the funny thing is, one way or the other it would be the same guy doing the complaining.

Well, what AMA thinks is anyones guess,
they are the guys that shoved PPP on us.

But its good to see PPP workin like a champ in that downtown city park, right?
Did you see how it was safely flown away from any other folks
(uh, ok, well maybe closing the park to film the commercial might have played a part)

I think they would be more annoyed with your avatar image.

If you like companies showing their planes in small parks,
you'll love this clip - http://www.zagi.com/media/ZagiFixxWebClip1.wmv
check out the 25sec mark

I've been pointing this one out for years, direct from Zagi.
AMA hasnt said anything about flying a zagi inverted 20' over folks in a park
so I doubt AMA will say anything about flying in a emptied park

...So a park flyer is being flown...in a park.

I don't see the big deal. I could see safety issues if it was a big glow powered model, but come on. It's a tiny little parkie. You could thunk it into someone's head and you'd still be hard pressed to do any serious damage.

I say stop spazzing out about safety at every single thing you see and live a little. Tiny little parkies like this one are just not strong enough to do any permanent damage. They're called park flyers for a reason, you know.

Who cares what AMA thinks. They are not the RC police. Just like Geico isn't the car police.

Got that right! Not sure why a little fun has to be taken down by "don't besmirch my AMA"... sure gets old...

They just forgot to attach the typical "do NOT try this at home" subtitle.  Just like the new "muscle car" (if I can use that adjective which really had meaning in the 60's) commercials which state, "professional driver on a closed course", this pilot can fly and having the environment with light posts and tree to navigate really enhances the planes agility.  AMA didn't write the commercial!  It's a park flyer flown by a talented pilot.  Let it be!
I'd buy one just based on the ad.
