is there an option for a three piece wing? where the center section and landing gear can remain on the fuse for transport. I have been told this but cannot find any pics of such a setup on Flyeagles site.

thanks Kevin

well I guess they still offer it. have to find out about a weight penalty if any. like the idea of leaving it on the gear while transporting and during setup. makes storage much easier as well for me as I can roll it into a back corner of the shop.

Happy Australia Day not good weather to go flying we had 268mm of rain in the last 24hrs. Still waiting for the servos to come so I played around with the tail cones.

That first time I have seen that photo of the FEJ A-10 so where did you find that photo of the A-10…

I think it is a good idea as well. I will be ordering a 1/6.5 size and power will be Jetcat P-70's to start with and if more power is needed will get some P-80's or the new P-100's

is your lighting kit the standard one for the Mibo or custom for the FEJ? the nose gear lighting is insane, should look real good outdoors in the dark.

Hi Kevin
It is just the standard one for FEJ A-10. The nose gear has 2 lights..

lighting system on its way, did you have any issues running the wire through the wing to the tips? I think I will be having to add an extra junction in the wing harness for the the wing separation joint. going to order servos and a power system today so everything should be here when it arrives hopefully on time in 2 weeks.

Dans site list a 2 cell lipo as a power option, I think I will go this route to try and save weight.

I had no issues with running the lights through the wing if you are going to run the 2 cell lipo 7.4v the max voltage is 7.2v you will need to run a regulator to run it at 6v like I am.

Ok the ordinance kit is on its way it should be here this week here a few photos of it before paint and after paint FEJ has done an awesome job with is and I can’t wait to put it on the A-10 to see how tough it will look. I will be getting couple of the ordinance airbrush like in the photo I have posted.

Well I got the workshop set after moving house 3 week ago. I got the ordinance kit mount on the A-10, what difference it has made to it there are few things I am not happy with the way FEJ want you to mount the way the bombs mount onto the pylons because you won’t be able to fly with them on the plane??? A big thanks to Chris Venter with Mibo A-10 he let me look how he did it and take few photos of his handy work. It will be an easy fix. Also I am putting a FEJ carbon fiber by pass in.
