i don't know where to go with this, but i ordered something from them clear back in february. they were very quick to take my money, and no product. numeruous emails yeilded no answer from them, and now the website, email address, customer support etc are no longer valid. so it boils down to the fact that i got screwed. hard to get a chargeback on my creditcard if they don't exist, huh ? anybody else have similar dealings with them? lyle

To answer your question, yes, there have been many, many complaints about this company over the years.

I have to say that I don't understand why so many of you out there continue to
do business with what I would describe as these "pop up" mail order houses.
There are plenty, to my knowledge, reputable companies, e.g., Tower, Advantage
Hobbies, Radical RC, etc. that you can deal with and usually cover the complete
range of products that we use/need in our hobby.

Maybe my opinion is simplistic, but dealing with these examples of reputable
companies has always worked well for me.

Do a Google search for

quick tech hobby

and the first several offerings will be on this very topic, from different RC discussion sites.

As another respondent said, this outfit is often mentioned in this type thread. There are others, I suggest a Google search for posts before buying. There was one thread on RCU that spoke of possible legal attention by the Missouri authorities, you might find that. Alas, your money is likely gone.

Good luck,
Dave Olson
